Legacy gifts can help the Trust continue to deliver on its objectives long after you are around. Our vision is for Raith Rovers to be a permanent fixture in our community, and by making a provision in your will you can play your part in this.
As with any other donation from members, all legacies are carefully used to further these long-term objectives, by increasing the Trust’s shareholding in the football club, by furthering the club’s presence in and positive impact on the community, and by helping to ensure the greatest possible level of supporter representation in the club’s direction.
If you would like to leave a legacy to the Trust, start thinking about what you have – your estate and assets – and who you’d like to be your executor. Choose who you will remember in your will, including family, friends and the causes you care about.
Finally, decide who will write your will – we recommend using a solicitor to make sure everything is legal and valid.
