Minutes were agreed as a fair record of the previous meeting

Treasurer’s report

£10,300 with some bills upcoming next month for membership drive (£1,000)

Membership update

Currently at 106 – Memberships will now be taken at the new rate

Matters Arising

Status of the co-opted rep to be determined

Working Groups:

• Consultation – On Agenda
• Shares – Proposed last meeting still to be convened. A short report would be issued in the Autumn.
• Land Petition – Check with Mike Melville in regards to timing.
• Stadium – Tied up with the land petition strategy
• Business Plan – current figures to be emailed to the trust board

Consultation Event – Fans’ Forum

• Parkway Hotel booked for Sunday 3rd October.
• AR volunteered to assist as facilitator – others may be required
• Phil Tooley of Chesterfield Supporters’ Trust has agreed to attend
• Press Release to be issued w/c September 13th

Membership Drive

• Leaflets were at the printers and will be ready to distribute on Saturday against Ross County
• Posters ready and volunteers organised
• Pin Badges also ready
• Board Agreed to give Neil McKenzie membership in lieu of his great help in designing the leaflets

Trust Website

• Revamped website tested and ready to go
• Now possible to take membership online through credit or debit card

Anti-Racism Initiatives

• Week of Action involving the Rovers will take place in mid October (Hamilton 23rd Oct is most likely home game).
• Check on Liability Insurance
• Fife Council offering the facilities for free
• Grant application to be made to FRAE for £300 – Rough Budget prepared
• Request for maximum budget of £500 agreed by Trust Board
• Next meeting arranged for Friday 10th September

Financial Year End is now 30th June – FSA have confirmed the change
