Treasurer’s report
£11,155 after payment of bills
Membership update
Currently at 192 – 108 Founders, 66 New Adult, 18 Junior
Matters Arising
Meeting with Mr. Hutton – review in the new year
Meeting with Mr. Miller cancelled by him at short notice – review in the new year
Community Ownership Loan Fund:
- Snagging issues to be resolved with Cobbetts
- Should be able to launch in New Year
Communication Committee:
- Strategy has been drawn up and will be circulated for comment
- Members letter needs to go out with details of SGM and future plans
- Newsletter template being developed
Business Plan:
- Comments received and more information to be supplied to David Wann
- Trust Structure
- Suggested that the trust creates a team of people for three key areas – Communication, Fundraising and the Bid itself
- Bid Team – approach contacts to build professional skills base
- Contact to be made with potential local backers
