Matters Arising
As per agenda
Community Ownership Loan Fund:
- Co-op Leaflets had arrived and ready for distribution
- Cobbetts were sending legal work ASAP
- New Bank account to be opened
Communication Team:
- Press Launch was a success – Good coverage
- Public Launch on schedule
Business Plan:
- Graeme Condie and AR had started redrafting
- Business team was being built with input from members
- List of business contacts was ready to use
Other:
- Wright, Johnstone & McKenzie LLP(Glasgow) had been approached for initial legal guidance – they advised the Clyde Trust during their buyout
