Interesting article about how three clubs have fallen foul of the authorities after failing to meet the requirements of the youth set-up.
Can’t help thinking that there’s more to this than is in the BBC article – rectifying a problem within two days of being advised that it exists wouldn’t normally be punished by expulsion.
